I only visited the thread about the trailer because MIB 3 was better than I expected when it showed up on Netflix, its not like anyone in their right mind should be SUPER HYPED for the 4th installment of a franchise that now has nobody from the original films attached.

Also from that trailer I'm calling Liam Neeson gets killed off super early on and has less than 5 minutes of screentime based on how cagey they are with the scene selection and how heavy they are with the voiceover

The justification given by them was that the site made a mistake and listed the witcher 3 The Witness, Firewatch, Street Fighter V, No Man's Sky, What Remains of Edith Finch, HellBlade as ps4 exclusives.

The judge said in the document that it was bizarre for an adult man to spend so much time defending a company, and that was PAINFUL to have to watch the videos presented as evidence.

They told the judge that the intention of the youtube channel was to make jokes criticizing the errors of the media in general and the persecution against the Xbox. And that they, in their own words, criticized to correct information mistakenly disclosed by the news site, using such words as "corrupt", "thief", "sold" and "vagabond" in the form of "exacerbated outrage by the ill-done work ". They used many swear-word to offend the site's readers, the employees, among other things. The judge then considered that they should pay a fine for moral damages, and that attacks against the site exceeded the limit of freedom of speech.
