There are a lot of genuinely pathetic threads on RE, but the older women giving young men compliments thread might be the most pathetic one I've seen. All these people that feel threatened by old ladies, with just as many if not more posts being dudes talking about how ugly/hard up for compliments/lonely they are that even old ladies won't compliment them and how sad it makes them, and still more dudes that have such low self esteem they can't believe anyone would ever compliment them.

I watched this Youtube video thinking I was going disagree with it, but all things considered, I actually think it was a fair assessment of it. They don't say there was nothing wrong with what he said in the interview, but at the same time, they don't think he should be raked over the coals for it either. It is quite balanced really, and some good points are made from both sides.
