The fact that y'all are already up in arms over moderation at Era is fucking hilarious, given that everybody who migrated over there after the shower fiasco knew exactly what they were fucking getting into but still deluded themselves into thinking shit would be different.

Stop and ask yourself what the actual problem was with NeoGAF.  It wasn't Evilore at all, it was the completely unhinged userbase that had driven off anything resembling conversation in favor of dogpiling and exacting absolute control over what could and could not be discussed, and mods that played favorites and let certain people get away with murder because they were "voices that needed to be heard".  Those completely unhinged users, after gaining even a small measure of "power" at Era, turned the place into something that even pre-exodus NeoGAF would look at and say "goddamn, y'all are nuts."

Before the site even really got off the ground, you even had goddamn besada of all people backing away from it, though from what I understand he's still mashing the report button between gulps of sweet tea and fried pies under an unknown name.  If previous NeoGAF moderation wasn't strict enough for Era what the fuck did you expect?  But let's be fair here, you and the rest of the BCT won't be happy until the forum is one big circle jerk with y'all deciding who is and isn't invited to the cookout that no one would actually attend because there isn't enough Xanax in the fucking world to get more than three of you out of your parents' trailers, and the three that did show up would actually be nerdy fat white kids that have spent the past few years pretending to be black to score fucking oppression points on a goddamn video game forum.
