I was just posting it here so you could all blame me as always.

Not sure how I am doing it to myself considering I'm just voicing my opinion and not really offending anyone.

Like that last time when I got banned for being a women hater (LOL). The mods there are just clueless and live in their own little US based bubble and have no consideration that someone from Europe might laugh at their ( US ) ridiculous stories regarding racism, while also condemnding other cultures. I go there to browse, just like I browse here. I have zero interaction with the mods except when I get banned for saying something someone doesnt like ( or for PM'ing a user, which was seen as hostile  ).

I read about vidyagames I like, and sometimes post in a few topics as I do here.

Sometimes out of boredom I venture into offtopic. Political or racial based discussions seem to get me banned more than anything, so I shpuld probably not partake in those discussions.

But I just hate hate hate! it when people are just making sense, and REEEEE users start throwing a fit and raging on and on about nonsensical shit.

So yes I will go back to that dumbass forum. There are a few communities that dont heavily have morons posting about it. Like the PUBG community thread. Nice people and no bullshit about race or politics.

Ehh.. just one way to read into that.  Another way to read into it is he can be convinced by these people.  You are assuming he's only changing his mind because other people said things and he wants to fit in;  which is entirely possible, but that's not what he wrote (from what I can garner reading the benjicogniscenti quotes)

The people that convinced him were people like Leigh Alexander or his current boss, Austin Walker.

I want to be upfront and say I'm a bit conflicted with TB. He done great work bring up problems with devs, publishers, and consumer rights. However, he promoted hate on journalist for the wrong reasons, made the whole bad cuphead gameplay worse, and doesn't dig deeper into games from story and context (Ignores the problems with Far cry 5's story and poor representation of race and women). Still cancer sucks and it sucks that he unable to get the right treatment to take control of it. I wish him luck.

It usually takes time to process how you really feel about something. Yeah, your first time is your genuine reaction but your also not thinking critically to evaluate. Your kind of just living the moment. This is why people are constantly skeptical of festival showings of movies or any early premier of a DC movie cuz your caught up in the hype and the surprise that it sometimes blinds you. It doesn't have to change your overall opinion on something. I still like Infinite. I also don't love it as much as I did when I first played it, but I still like it. The "wow" factor isn't their anymore and what I'm left with is a story that kind of sucks and a setting with lost potential. I consider that to be my final thoughts on the game years later.
