Actually, it'd probably be more accurate to ascribe 2 as dealing with themes of police corruption, corporate dominance and gang warfare that renders the police ineffective to the point of a paramilitary conflict with the gang that has replaced the city's government. The Third adds the notions of the gang becoming celebrities, expanding into a new city and leading to open conflict with the federal government. (Which the gang wins at the start of IV leading to The Boss assuming the Presidency.)
Who cares about Ghost Recon or Ubisoft? Is that even on Switch at unplayable framerates?
