what if Benji was Epstein? Think about it, no one ever's seen them in the same room.

ResetEra : ...so... ...tired.

Plural Gang and a number of other Internet snowflakes also constantly remind everyone how tired they are every minute of every other day. Reads like mass depression.

Love we also get the stock response of the suicide hotline and a call to unionisation within post 4.

We're all tired and we will all be footnotes in history.

You know what I am tired of Hawkster? People posting fucking pathetic whining threads on Resetera complaining about their shitty lives being shitty and being too fucking lazy to change their circumstances.

Fuck you! Get a job, move out of your parents' house, stop complaining about everything on your shitty echochamber forum and be a better person. Otherwise, man up and fucking jump off a bridge you fucking shithead.

From 0 to QAnon in a day.

I mean, its fucking weird as hell that as a group they're prepared to believe that, say, EA are using jedi mind tricks to render people incapable of doing anything except spending money they can't afford to buy purple lightsabers, or that a rendition of a 12th century eastern european fiefdom not having enough 'diversity' means that the makers are all white supremacists stating that they want modern society to be like that and are using history as a shield to hide that, or that a female character designed to look sexy is automatically a misogynistic statement that women have no value other than as sexually objects, or that all policemen in america are secretly card carrying members of the kkk and only do the job because they hope they get a chance to shoot black people...

...but a billionaire financier to other billionaires whose background as to how they got that job is kind of questionable, and whose alleged crimes were only exposed due to the dilligence of a reporter who was blocked at every step of the way by people saying that there was nothing there and it was all a conspiracy, and probably the most high profile prisoner there currently was, was just a plain old suicide, case closed, nothing more to see, investigation over, close topic, SEE STAFF POST.

A few weeks back, I helped a coworker (who I have a MASSIVE crush on) out with something. Following that, we hung out for an hour or so, and it was bliss. From my perspective at least, we had great chemistry, made each other laugh, shared our stress in life. Then, at the end, she told me casually that she was getting picked up BY HER BOYFRIEND.

I wanted to die right there. I really don't catch feelings often, so when it happens, it's a strong force, but rarely does it ever work out. It's of course not her fault, it's mine for catching feelings in the first place, but damn, she couldn't bring up the whole boyfriend thing before we hung out?

sure, but by definition any hypothesis involving more than one person working to commit or cover up a crime is a conspiracy theory, and a blanket "READ STAFF POST NO CONSPIRACY THEORIES" stance is absolutely ludicrous

It's something the DOJ under this administration made up because they want to pretend that 99% of domestic terrorism over there years hasn't been white supremacist, anti-government (almost always all white), sovereign citizen (definitely all white), or militia (when's the last time you saw a militia member that wasn't white and racist - usually against immigrants?).

The other handful of acts are by anarchists throwing trashcans through windows and anti-abortion nuts shooting doctors.

even setting profiles to private still let you see post histories, you just had to click on username then the number of messages displayed.

I asked earlier about biometric preservation and didn't see a reply. Used Google and the results are iffy. Dead fingers sometimes work, and face id is unlikely. Both methods require an "electrical charge" or "attention" to work. Essentially they check that the person is alive, and conscious to work.

I'm sure the special units have more advanced methods to crack items.

Uh, so conspiracy theories allowed now?

yeah, I read that as "confirming the body is who they say it is" at first, but I think they're actually talking about bypassing biometric security now the owner is dead, eg unlocking phones, opening retinal scanner doors etc

I'm sick of it, man. I'm sick of rich and powerful getting away from their crimes. I'm sick of seeing marginalized and downtrodden groups getting torn apart, murdered, and butchered due to sociopaths who delight in cruelty

And I'm sick of my life being depressing and shitty knowing that I'll never thrive and I'll be just a footnote.

Fuck!

I feel the bold part is actually the one that you feel down about rather than you caring for others. Trying to frame you depression as martyrdom will not help you to make you feel better in the long run. You put yourself in a no-win scenario if you associate your happiness with the whole world problems, that’s why most people just don’t do it.

Never shower/bathe.
Only drink smoothies (offset some water-cost with sugars).
Recycle my old gaming hardware (at GameStop).
Don't own a car (only Uber or ask family/friends for a ride).
Keep tablet screen at 50% light emission if wanking after 11pm.
Try to stick to Km-0 produce (only shop at the minimarket around the corner, so i can go there in sweatpants and crocs).

RE is stupid enough to believe controlled government censorship on the Internet is good, just not when Trump does it.

For a site that bitches about fascism and wants to riot because “ evil rich people kill themselves in jail”, they are spectacularly bad on trying to defend or argue for basic liberties.

Maintaining a free internet, hate sites included, is better than trying to bury those people in darker places.

Nobody is doing this for that, is just political bitching that the other side is allowed to sneer the other. How many people on RE have expressed support for China style censorship? How many Trumptards totally believe Trump, a notorious liar and narcissist, is fighting for free speech?

RE behaves like the Conservatives that they hate, look at that thread about Videogame violence and how are pretty willing are to shit to fans and devs because “they don’t take political stances” but demanding the only political stance is “left wing denunciation of Gamergate”, they are to deluded to realize that they cannot  “have their cake and eat it too” regarding this stuff.

Though I'll give props to ReeMerc for being consistent and not just skipping that thread, I guess.

RE is stupid enough to believe controlled government censorship on the Internet is good, just not when Trump does it.

For a site that bitches about fascism and wants to riot because “ evil rich people kill themselves in jail”, they are spectacularly bad on trying to defend or argue for basic liberties.

All the while Resetera is one of the most fascist and totalitarian place of the gaming web.

I'm all for stuff like this but ya all gotta realize that "soylent" has some loaded connotations to it.

(Image removed from quote.)
Because of the documentary/exposé "Soylent Green".
Harrowing stuff.

The internet needs to be censored to some degree if you want to get rid of hate sites and hate speech, but it can't be done under the Republicans.
