I went there last week because of that actually good Switch trade-in deal- didn't go to the one closer to me because when I tried calling, a message came up saying "this store is experiencing technical difficulties."   

Went to the one at the mall and man, things have changed- as in it looks like 70% of the staff got canned and the one guy there just did not give a shit- it was great!  Didn't get asked to sign up for anything or get reserves.  Actually did the transaction and left in just a few minutes- it was almost like I was in a real store!
