But RE is ignoring the neutral definition of censorship to claim their opponents are wrong, and their opponents are showing it fits the neutral definition, then grafting the "it's wrong" on from the second definition.

LA is a game I played through countless times, and it's not a very long game... $60 for a graphic sheen is a bit of a hard sell for me, it would've been cool if they also had remastered versions of the Oracle games too.
