Keto isn't a depression cure.  And exercise helps, but barely for many people with clinical depression.  The worst I've ever felt, I was going to the gym 6 times a week, had a 395 bench at 170 lbs and 10% bodyfat.  They're rude about it, but they're right - some people need to see a professional.

Yeah, my first instinct after hearing someone alleviated their depression with some method wouldn't be to knock it or thumb my nose at them.  I mean, Keto is a bunch of bullshit with no clinical evidence of improved fat loss over a whole foods, calorie restrictive diet, but when people tell me they've succeeded in weight loss with keto, I don't tell them it's bullshit.  I say, 'Right on.'
