Mitch Daniels, former governor of Indiana, current president of Purdue University, went on TV to argue HARD that colleges must reopen, and it would be criminal negligence to NOT reopen them, because the virus doesn't spread on college campuses and the studies show it is safe. When the obvious question, "How can you say that when colleges haven't opened yet?", came up, he responded with "studies" and furthermore said it is inevitable that a campus of that size will lose students every year even without a virus going around
