I have literally, time after time, been hand-waved multiple times, and I have eventually snapped on people because of this. It happens here. It happens in other threads. Some of the shit in this thread is why I decided to stop supporting dunkey.

Even with dunkey, where I believe most of his videos with racist comments are older and that he has likely changed since then, he also hasn't apologized for those old videos and hasn't even acknowledged them. I'm not going to sit here and defend his actions on that clip that shows him clearly being racist.
But I'm also not going to be all high and mighty and act like i've never myself said some things that in retrospect were inappropriate or offensive.
I think if everyone was on camera for a large portion of their daily lives it would be easy to pick out things that portray them as racist or toxic.

Doc does often portray himself as someone who can be toxic as you said, but I have seen him do many good things on stream such as give good advice to his viewers or having a whole month charity stream for black lives matter.

He didn't have to come out and tell the world about his affair, but him doing so was him being humble and contrite imo, and goes against the persona that he tries to convey most of the time.

I can go on but I'm obviously not going to change the way you feel about him I just want to offer some perspective and play devil's advocate.

I really, genuinely, enjoyed Nier Automata. But the designs on 2b and a2 were really trying. They are only banning those polls because the mods can't find out who voted what way in them. They said it was some quirk in the forum's software they didn't anticipate. I bet you if the mods could see who voted for what option in a poll, they wouldn't be banning them. You'd think the discovery that a large majority of their userbase can only be honest through anonymous polls would be an issue worth correcting. But instead, they see it as a flaw

This version of the game came out in Japan.  Is officially called the "Hot Package" and Ryu's costume is referred to as "Hot Ryu."

Yeah, but am I the only one who finds the sexualisation in sfv to be weirdly inconsistent? like they were straight up going to have Laura's ass out, they have Cammy/Mika, Juri's original concept and things like all of Chun's costumes being hyper sexual. Then at the same time they make 100% sure to make sure every character wearing a skirt/dress has shorts on underneath, they change Sakura's gym knickers to a weird giant nappy thing. I member I made a joke shortly after release that creators got laid after release which quenched their thirst because it does feel extremely weird, like they wanted their DOA cake and eat it

While this OP might be well intentioned, such a discussion should be lead by a woman not a man otherwise it could be read as condescending. Women are involved in the creative process and are players of many different game genres (violent or otherwise). We don't need to be pigeonholed as just 'simulation game' players in this manner.
