It is amusing to me that we're coming up on the anniversary of Era nearly melting down over Ketkatgate and yet no one seems to even care that Ketkat has since been permabanned. The vocal segments of the site were damn near united over a single poster's ban, forcing the staff's hands and leading to at the very least the appearance of incoming change. A year later and it's like that never even happened. There are people still sporting that Thundercats avatar in solidarity with her, posting away as if everything is all well and great on the forum. All while pinned threads about trans awareness week and the phobic crimes of a Polish company get little new activity/views as the mods prepare to do the bare minimum in appeasing their userbase over a highly anticipated game.
