I agree, and personally have had that reaffirmed to me multiple times throughout threads. My views remain my own, though, and I do hope that these efforts to allow our community who wish to have that space to discuss can bear some fruit. So they don’t simply come out of it hurt and disillusioned because they are ignored within the space we have allowed for them. Time will have to tell on that, and I will wish for the best.

But if those concerns are instead met with, ‘bring your crusade elsewhere’ I will be there in an instant. If that is meant to be a space for them to have their discussion, we should ensure they are able to.

I also suspect that it's not just going to be the LGBT community that will have a problem with depictions in game either. There's not many places where that kind of discussion in games is welcomed and encouraged. I understand not wanting to just force users to reddit or other places where it may be a lot more hostile to have those discussions. Of course as a community, we must try and help people have those discussions and not be shut down which is not just a mod job, we need to be active and report people trying to prevent it. You can't force all the Cyberpunk players on this forum to discuss it , but you can stop them from shutting it down and pushing it out of sight.
