The magypsies were always the most known and public-facing issue, but the game contains a lot of things beyond it that I could see making localization a more difficult endeavor than they probably felt was worth.There's the magypsies themselves, the hot springs "awakening" scene, the merman "air tanks" that you make out with to receive oxygen, one segment of the game sends the party on a mushroom-fueled drug trip, animal abuse, and of course the general tragedy of the main family that forms the backbone of the adventure.
Anyone ever tried this? Do you think the is an effective route to teaching private landlords what their business causes? I am thinking about doing it myself to see what happens. I see homeless people hiding away in shithole tunnels and under bridges when there are nice and safe streets they can sleep on.

Not strictly gaming consoles related but I spent hours researching smoke detectors today that I needed for my house. But researching into the ones I really wanted, found out they were made in China. China has flooded Amazon with their products that look fancy and legit. Eventually opted for the slightly more expensive ones made in USA by Kidde. A year or two ago I would have bought the Chinese ones without much thought.Oh well. I am doing my part and will continue to do so. Really making an effort to avoid Made in China where ever I can.
Man, the combat in FF7R is...well, not good...at all. That first boss fight is just plain stupid.
It's probably the most accomplished and impressive combat in any JRPG ever made. It's extremely good.It takes some mastering.
