Apparently the system is set up to wait until you develop severe symptoms that would have you sitting in a hospital for days, waiting for tests.  You know, the ideal situation for non/underinsured people who work.

I thought there was limited access to the tests still. States don't even have a complete test kit from the CDC. And they restricted who should be tested and refused to use other tests, etc.
