For what it's worth, there is no basketball game at the Staples Center this Wednesday so I guess you won't be bumping into 24s and 8s much at all.
Incorrect. There were people all over that were there just to mingle and think about Kobe. Even at 10:45 when the hockey game and concert were over there were still hundreds of people just hanging out. Some dudes even had two mini basketball hoops and a ball and were playing basketball.
Like, I’ve seen this stuff on the news and in film, but experiencing it in person is just next level surreal.
The grossest thing was all the cheap cash in memorabilia.

I'm going to use this minor perceived slight to fuel me as I work to become the greatest inefficient volume shit poster of all time. I probably also need to invent a terrible nick name my brand to go along with it, as I channel my VILLAIN to become the HERO. Also I need demi to find me a Shaq or a Pau.

Also their house, I lived down the street nearly a decade later and it was still a problem.. cops had to start clearing people out lol
Ah yeah, I grew up in Tacoma so I never really experienced that first hand, but thinking back on that time period and I just remembered how kids at my HS mourned and had moments of silence for Tupac.
Last night I saw a reporter post a picture of the crowd at LA Live saying something like, there's still so many people and it has been 4 days, and now thinking about what you've said about the Cobain thing... I wonder how long the city lets it go before they start regulating it? I guess people have been pretty peaceful so it isn't a big deal.
