Mupepe here is what I pretty much have been adjusting myself to:
7:00
- Banana
- Oatmeal
- Eggs (I usually can stomach like 3)
9 a.m.
Eggs (about 3 or so) if I'm at work i'll just say I have to go to the bathroom and go to the kitchen where I put some ketchup with these bad boys
1 p.m.
- Grilled Chicken Salad with balsamic viniger.
- 4:30 p.m.
2 more eggs
6:00 p.m.
Steak or Chicken whatever I'm in the mood for, and a salad on the side.
I may have to bulk up my lunch though, I'll get around to looking into it more. and I drink a SHIT ton of water - well not that much, but a lot.

that's my goal for now in terms of where I see myself with slight improvement.
