Oh my god, I just had an awesome steak. Apparently my cafeteria at work has been holding out on me. They've had a 12 oz ribeye, fries and a drink for $5.99 everyday for like the last 4 months and no one told me. When I asked my receptionist why she didn't tell me, she said she didn't know. I said "You go up there everyday!" And her response is "Steak is a white people thing, baby."

When I was younger, maybe 11 or 12, my dad took my sister and me to a rollerskating rink. I had roller blades on (and thought I was badass for it). I was rollerblading (being badass too for a 11 yr old) and some guy in his 30's-40's runs me over and I'm bleeding and crying (badass tears) and he freaks and skates off. I had blood running down my face and all over my shirt, it was then I knew I'd be a badass for life!

It's the best you can do to a (prime cut) steak, as it will be tender and juicy.

It is "Kräuterbutter", aka butter mixed with lemon juice, garlic, shallots and various herbs. goes great with all kinds of fried/grilled cuts.

I just marinated it for 30 Minutes and baked it for 40 Minutes

I plan on making steak again this week at some point. I want to leave the cut marinating overnight.
