The only way to read their complaints about this is that many of the moderators (and perhaps administrators) are useless and do nothing.
As if this should be the users burden. As if they can't fire those people and get more people if that's the only problem. (Which they can't because they've established impossible standards to be admitted to the clique.)
Interesting that Nepenthe doesn't apply her penetrating analysis of THE SYSTEM to the one that the ResetERA.com staff operate. But, it's not her problem really, she only pops on for a few minutes of her "shift" inbetween work and Overwatch so doesn't really have time to deal with anything. Plus if people want her to do the emotional labor they should pay her since it's not her job to educate anyone.
Similarly, is the increasingly obese Royalan who has indicated that he expects to be praised and obeyed merely for existing on the forum as a moderator. Hecht and previously Sweet Nicole are some of the few staff members to indicate they have any actual interest in carrying out the tasks of the role, albeit it with some rather absurd notions of what those should be.
But really, I shouldn't be posting any of this, it only forces the staff to spend more of their vanishing lives silently addressing all the important issues on the planet brought to their attention.
