What's a good chain that sells AWESOME salads

i'm a big fan of:

chili's southwestern cobb salad:

Boneless crispy chicken breast with corn relish,
applewood smoked bacon, diced eggs, green onions,
mixed cheeses & fresh pico de gallo. Served w/our
avocado-ranch dressing.

applebee's santa fe chicken salad:

Grilled marinated chicken on greens plus cheese, pico de gallo and tortilla strips. With guacamole, sour cream and Mexi-Ranch dressing.

wendy's chicken blt salad:

romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, chicken, bacon, garlic croutons, shredded cheddar

particularly suggest the first two if you're into spicy/mexican style flavors.  don't count on them being super calorie free, though.  you may have to tone it down quite a bit in the flavor department for total diet food, but you'll cut back on the calories quite a bit in any of these by skipping the croutons and using a fat free dressing of some sort.
