eh it's late and I'm bored and I thought I'd share this with you guys, it's kinna gay, but whatever.
Do any of you guys view life a certain way? / live by some sort of philosophy or at least have some sort of insight on how you want to live life?
Well I don't know if I ever told you guys but I use to be in some sort of religious "cult" as it were, it wasn't like omg drink kool aid and god will save you! No it wasn't like that, it was mostly like some INSANE catholic gathering hosted by some guy who was still to this day I think fucking amazing. The program was called Hard As Nails, and it was a youth ministriy group - not gonna lie, while I was in it, I had a lot of fun, and meet so many cool people and learned so many things...
But as colleged progressed and I met my girlfriend / going to more parties I eventually "fell of the wagon" as it were. I mean, I still get emails from this guy asking what happened to me, and I'm just too ashamed to face him. He was hardcore about everything like we had a gym, and this is crazy but it worked, when we did reps he said make everyone a prayer for someone - it's corney now that I type it online but when I was getting into really good shape I used this for awhile.
The thing that I remember, and I still use to this date - and I know it's tired and worn out, and more than likely raped in context but treat others the way you want to be treated has always been something that has stuck with me even as I am now 2 years away from "that" part of my life. It's one of the main reasons I think my nickname is "chris the bitch" around my house lol, is because I really just don't act like an asshole to anyone like a LOT of my friends do...eh I dunno this is probably pointless / livejournal material, but you guys are pretty cool so I thought I'd share a little something, and see what you had to say on the subject manner.
