Lyrics..does a set format exist?

Recently I have been interested in listening to my favorite bands/music artists and writing out the lyrics since most of the songs are not on some big lyric sites. As I like to know what my favorite songs say, I will be putting these deciphered lyrics on my site somewhat as a little fan database.

Anyway I was wondering if there is a set format for lyrics, I notice a few sites just do stuff like this:

Now how they seperate the sentences I'm not sure as the original song there really is no pause after each of those?

I also notice people write out the chorus once and just put [chorus x times] if said again, this makes sense to me.

Ill write out some for a song Ive been listening to and post it soon.

I don't think one exists.  I'd imagine just use breaks where it feels like the song changes pace or direction etc.

The only part Im not one hundred percent sure(other then typos) is that little la di fucking dah part because its said pretty fast and isnt a real word really.
