beat is meh but Ortiz brings the heat as always. Budden's verse is eh. Two good rappers who haven't passed from being battlerappers to hip hop artist. Releasing a bunch of mixtapes that make little buzz isn't getting them anywhere. Damn if Ortiz was able to hook up with a good producer to help him structure a full, coherent album.
That's what sucks about east coast rap today. Bunch of punch line rappers who can flow but can't write a chorus, haven't hooked up with any great producers outside of a couple signature songs (Termanology comes to mind). Back in the day rappers would find one producer and form a creative relationship. Now underground rappers just move from one mediocre soul loop producer to another
