I don't get the outrage. I had show, tell and demonstrate sessions with the neighbor girl when we were 7 or so, and around the same time my older sister's friends used me for experimentation. One of them even tried to claim that having me lick her tits was just her playing family. Yeah, I wasn't that young.

I am actually a fan of the series (especially Corruption) and I would make an exception for Phendrana Drifts, but I think most of the environments are pretty generic.

Yes, there are some areas that aren't that great, but I'd argue that those represent a minority of the environments in the series.

And most of the environments don't really lend themselves to still shots. They work much better in-game where you can look around and zoom in on all the little details.

I can buy that. In the interest of full disclosure, I never beat Metroid Prime 1 and 2, so I didn't even get to see all of the levels

Much of it has to do with the music. The sunken frigate wouldn't have been as cool as it was without the piano tune, and the same would be true for phendrana.

MP2 was pretty dark and bland to me. MP3 seemed to change that, but I couldn't get into 3. I want one persistent world in metroid, even if it's just an illusory separation between the two sections.

MP1 probably has the best overall environments, with MP3 not too far behind.

I like MP2, but man the environments (outside of Sanctuary Fortress) drag it down. Torvus Bog was just terrible. Only one of the MP games I haven't bothered to do a second full play through of.

See, back in my day, a "scene" was a genre and style, and sometimes meant being more into one genre and style. There isn't much to the scene thing. Just buy a bunch of tacky vintage shit or a bunch of shit you can find in Hot Topic. Then apply a lot of makeup (this might apply for both genders!) and a lot of hairspray. It is also a prerequisite to take no less than 100 pictures of yourself a day and put it on your ~~Xanga~~ ~~MySpace~~ Facebook.

Scene girls are pretty easy because they try hard to impress and fit in. You don't even need to be a scenetard to get any.
