It's the "should" that's making me nuts. As if it's open for debate, as if it's up to us and not them, whether or not they "should" pose. And there's a double meaning there as well - should they be required to pose (because they're so OMG HAWT), and should they be allowed to pose (because Kelly Osbourne is losing weight, but has she lost enough weight?)

As I said, I'm no fan of this genre. But at the same time, if a woman knowingly wishes to participate by posing for one of these magazines, I do believe that she has the right to that choice. But the idea that she should be required to pose, because she has met whatever standards of "hawtness," is taking things too far.

It's a desirable option due to critical lack of design talents among video game nerdites. Real designers are unlikely to want to give away stuff for free, so that's all they have. I would give a design away if I could use it to pad my portfolio a bit, but that's not really the case with this shit.

I have no intention of changing it. I'm playing by the rules, but the guys in there are fucking horribly blind Harmonix fanboys, so ANY criticism or even general comment in there just makes them freak the fuck out. It's great. You can talk about how you cried when playing TBRB, but if you say that the textures are distracting, the other goons just cuss at you.

The best part is one of the game's lead designers is in there, so he actually can authoritatively say shit, but usually only to correct blatantly false rumors, so I just state rumors as fact to get him to fucking respond.
