If I set up a legitimate gathering of the minds for one outrageous party, it'll probably be located in San Fran bay area or Seattle, WA. The latter is the strongest possibility, because we've got a handful of posters in that area already and more from other communities too. It's not that far of a trek for most of us West Coasters either.
