Emilie Simon's The Flower Book is a really good CD

Check it out on itunes, I think Fleur de Saison is my favorite song tho, its just got a great sound. The CD is a mix of english and french stuff tho. Really caught my attention because it sounds nice n unique.

Also the itunes 'indie' electronic collection that was just released has some great tracks on it too.
