Yeah it has been getting better slowly but surely. But since I'm not looking to really attract anyone besides my wife I haven't really felt the need to cut. I've lost about 2% bf over the last 6 months or so.  I'm cool with that kind of progress because I love lifting heavy and progressing there.

I'm carb free (except veggies) 5 days a week. Thursday dinner and sometimes Sunday I'll be fat with carbs. I probably won't change that up until I stall or gain fat.
