I still haven't told my company I'm leaving them next year

One of my bosses just came in here and was talking about how we are going to have a meeting about resigning my contract and how if I have any requests or anything. I just nodded and said I'd think about it. I'm too gutless to say I'm leaving to his face. I wanna do it by email lol

Poop in a box, put the contract on top, seal it and wrap it and give it to him for Xmas.

If you are leaving, you don't have to tell them , but in your contract negotiations, you just need to be somewhat suggestive and GET THE BEST DEAL as you can.

you are leaving next year, might as well see what your company will offer you.
