This sounds awesome, both musically and historically. German cosmic electrorock.

BCD by Basic Channel. Original release 1995.

Originally released in 1995 and out of print for quite awhile – this groundbreaking album laid the foundation to the Rhythm & Sound sonic aesthetics with its echo heavy atmospheric density.
Also awesome. Thanks to my Secret Santa - not only did you pick electronic stuff that's up my alley, you also seem to have picked forgotten works which were influential/historically significant, which is totally my kind of musical archeology.
