I know EB LOVES country music so this is for all you fegs. I went to a funeral last week and they played that old Iris Dement song "Let The Mystery Be" during it. Struck me as a little odd that they'd play it there but it's been in my head ever since.

I changed my mind on this. The 2 songs I listed are excellent, but everything else is forgettable. The first track would be good if not for the last 2 minutes with that embarrassingly gaudy pan flute bit (Pitchfork described it as a "radical hobbit dance jam" or some stupid shit). So yeah, as far as their EPs go, Water Curses takes a big fat poo on this.

I wonder if AC will ever manage a record that comes close to Person Pitch. Probably not.

I like Graze and What Would I Want? Sky, the others seem like Merriweather rejects. Yeah Water Curses is much better. But I don't listen to Animal Collective for their EPs, as they're, for the most part, no where near the quality of their LPs.

And I rank Merriweather above Person Pitch, to be honest. It has more that I like to listen to, even though Person Pitch is probably a better overall album experience.

amazing atmosphere in that game and the club quest with the "twin" sisters is probably the best quest in any wrpg ever (if only for the dialogue...) Definitely installing that game and attempting to play it again on my next windows PC. I've only made it as far as the next hub city after the first one. It's the combat that gets me...it's so bad

The NARAS must only consider something "new" when they first see the ability to make money off of it. Silversun Pickups are also on there for Best New Artist and "Carnavas", which I wouldn't consider to be an especially obscure release by any means, came out in mid-2006.
