6:00 PM and I'm still hungover. Was going to go to a hotel party for my girlfriend's friend's birthday, but she's charging everyone ¥3000 to cover costs and booze. Fuck that noise, I live 2 blocks from that hotel and I'll get drunk here for ¥1000, thank you very much. Besides, isn't throwing your own birthday party a little weird? Just sayin'.

Going to get Itarian food for dinner near my house and then finish Uncharted 2 and start something else. Any suggestions as to what I should finish first from this list? I want to get it done in time for FFXIII next month:

-Blue Dragon
-Ninja Blade
-Halo Wars
-Lost Planet
-Super Mario Galaxy (I've already pretty much finished it, but I'm thinking about replaying

Honestly leaning towards Blue Dragon, I want a chill RPG after the fucking intense stress-off that is Uncharted 2.

If I get a job transfer, it will be a pretty good end to the year and the decade.

This year has pretty much sucked. The only exception is that I made good money so I was able to pay off all of my debts (except school loans) and get about $25,000 in savings. Unfortunately, it came at the expense of just about everything else but maybe it was needed.

We shall see!

But yeah, Nadia and I got back together after a few weeks. Wasn't really working out and we decided to end it before it ruined our friendship (which is pretty tight.) Still my closest gal friend, so who cares.

I can't be the only one, who, after being with a couple of women, still hasn't been "in love". I think there's only one woman I can think of that'd fit that description for me personally, but I'm hesitant to call it "love" as opposed to infatuation.

Batting cages are awesome. There is one shitty mini-golf place I used to go to that had an awesome line up. It helped balance out how bad the mini-golf was there.

There was some place I used to go as a kid that had go-karts and batting cages, but I feel like it's about 30 minutes away and I haven't been there in probably a decade. I'm not even sure if it's still open. In fact, I'm pretty sure the reason I stopped going is because it closed.

I'd probably be depressed at how bad I've gotten. When I played ball in HS, I would use a wood bat in the fastest cage and slap the ball around. Now I'd no doubt use an aluminum bat and hit in the 60 mph cage. $:-\$

There used to a ton of batting cages, arcades and places nearby when I was a kid. Now, not so much. =/

Today's plan: Take some photographs, cook dinner, go see Precious, hit up the batting cages, drink some beer with friends, play Street Fighter.

I remember how big that was. There was one place called Qzar or something and people would talk about how you could unlock power ups like a lazer rocket launcher and shit like that, as if that meant anything.

When I was a kid, near my house, there was a place that had a giant arcade, laser tag, billiards and an roller skating rink all together. It was AWESOME. And they had those novelty rides, like that gyro thing people would get inside and suffer in. Big screen arcade units. 3D arcade units. Classic 2D beat 'em ups. It was on the second floor of the Rio, which is like warehouse size.

If you got bored of that, you could roller skate, play laser tag or shoot pool.

And you could get tickets, and trade them in for amazing prizes.

It was bliss. I spent many a weekend there.
