I like how instead of just minding his own business since he doesn't know enough about the situation whether its the truth or not to really comment, he immediately flashes to his own life and shows his complete ego and pettiness.

My parents forced me to watch this when it came out, they're big right-wingers. Terrible film. The script just bluntly lies right to your face in that movie about history or the personalities of the historical figures in it.

South Park is probably closest thing on the planet that isn't really a liberal show but is actually funny. Conservatives and Libertarians seem to have shit humour for some reason.

South Park is grating for me.  Some episodes are brilliant.  Other are just  .  Some of it is just the most terrible, blandest and lowest level humor I've ever seen.  Maybe that's the point?  I don't know.  But very rarely do South Park episodes click with me.  That and their ever so obvious take on absolutely fucking everything.  Can't there just be an episode that doesn't have a political point?  Old South Park was great because it didn't try to be political and bash your fucking brain in with their ever so subtle jokes.  And their characters have gotten to the point where they're unbearable.  The kids were funny when they acted like little kids.  They'd throw around cuss words and have no idea what they meant and it was hilarious to me.  They'd encounter (albeit a little exaggerated) the average things kids encounter and it was hilarious.  Now they're the only sane and intelligent people in a town full of idiots and it's fucking old.  Ugh.  Bring back my silly episodes (people combusting and Cartman claiming to have his period) and stop trying to parody everything.  It's not necessary.

I never liked the early years of South Park myself. I only really liked it once the show got expressly "political" or currents events based. I think South Park is a bit over-rated by internet and forum types but occasionally I think they really nail a certain point which makes them worthwhile.

Yeah there has always been a bit of a hypocritical thing going on with that show...

But like I said for me they will occasionally just nail a good point via comedy in a way that other people don't seem capable of so I give them a pass in that regard.

What's a bit annoying is when internet people just blindly parrot positions from that show.

The latest episode of South Park was hilarious, and that comes from someone who hasn't watched the show in several years.  I caught a few previous episodes from the current season and they weren't nearly as funny.
