I am not gonna lie. I hath worn my interests before. I wore a Zelda shirt to class once and a hot girl started talking to me because her and her sister played Zelda as kids. It was the highlight of that day.

But then I saw a lot of people wearing their interests and hobbies, or I just noticed it more, and I know it creates conversation starters between random people, but I rather people just talk to me for some reason more specific to me. The popularization of geek culture might have something to do with this.

If you think video game shirts are bad, you should check out some animu ones. I got a .hack//sign tshirt with the dvd featuring a scantly clad girl that fills most of the shirt. That's one step away from wearing a polyester Dragon Ball Z Hawaiian shirt.

The worst t-shirt I ever got was a present from a friend of mine. This must have been back in '99 or 2000. My buddy had no idea what "anime" really was, and on a trip somewhere, he picked up an anime shirt for a birthday present. It was a Sailor Moon shirt with all the characters in swimsuits. The look on my face must have said everything, because his mother immediately chimed in with "YOU DON'T LIKE IT?!?!"
