Console job postings for D3 have been up for awhile. As long as it doesn't interfere with the PC version, I don't care about a console port.

I'm not sure why the genre never really caught on, on consoles outside of the UI thing. Games like the marvel series, and the xmen games where you run around and beat people up and get gear, show that console gamers are into the lighter version of that genre. I think they would be into the deeper version of it too ala Dragon Age.

It is a niche genre, even on PC. There haven't been many loot games recently outside of Torchlight and Din's Curse. Secondly, the genre king hasn't made a contemporary appearance on consoles yet. (Yes, I know there was a PS1 version of Diablo, but that was nearly 13 years ago)

I think its probably an under servered market on the PC within the last 5 years or so. I think that's part of the reason why Torchlight was such a hit. Along with the pricing of course.

But yeah the fact that the best one in Diablo 2 never made an appearance on consoles does probably have something to do with that on the console side.

Yeah those games kind of went away for some reason which I don't understand. I thought they sold decently at least. I really liked those games.

Activision hasn't even announced a new Marvel Ultimate Alliance or X-men game recently.

does any of you guys has ever played kingdom of loathing? it's a comical browser rpg made with stick figures but well here's the thing,recently another game in the same vein got released and it's pretty funny,you get to beat a monster called "spongeblob" and you enter a pirate ships which is full of pierats (which are pirate rats inside various cakes) and you fight a bazooka wielding goat and at a certain point you get help from admiral snackbar who proclaim that "IT'S A SNACK!" and there is this guy

i wish this was a real game

but give it a spin anyway

The problem I have with TTT2 is that Tekken seems the same as it was 5 years ago and is just boring these days. I mean did you guys all have a great time with Tekken 6? Because I barely touched it, just like Tekken 5. Tekken 4 was the last time Tekken was interesting because it actually changed up a lot of things (admittedly some for the worse).

Can't get interested in TTT2. Maybe when it's like $20 I'll play it for a week.

I've already made an account using the Japanese hotmail site. I followed the guides, but all of them are from around the Eternal Sonata demo release, and it looks like between two dashboard updates, things have changed a little
