Lol, so i didn't have any sleep tonight. Was up watching the NBA game and then had to finish some work on something i would've have to do today in Radio.

So i'm in two groups at the same time, doing double time, and i gotta be this guy that debates against a colleague. So there's this girl, i've been kinda flirting with her as of late, and she is cute, small. And she has this white blouse with a pink bikini underneath, and i'm debating against her, and good lord man i was just like you know, but we are going fireworks. Anyway whatever i walk her through the hall and she grabs me by the hand, and drags me to the W.C, and it's then and there. So we are going it until she's like no no no, pull, i pull that shit and just blam in her clothes. Ahahaha i fucked her day up, she had to go home, skipped classes.

I don't know...it was funnier at the time, i'm a go to sleep.

It took awhile to find it. The thing was hanging on the side of my LOTR book set on a shelf. I opened my room window, got a net (on a stick), and managed to catch it right in the net - but while trying to ease the damn thing off the book set, I accidentily knocked the book set down. All three LOTR books hit the floor - I tried guiding them with the net and one book wound up falling directly on the net lol. I removed it and luckily the bat was still alive and seemed unharmed. Then I just secured it inside the net and emptied it outside my window.

I heard something in my window earlier today and just assumed it was a fly. So apparently the bat was in my room for a few hours before showing itself (flying in a circular pattern all around the damn room.

We have a 120+ year old inn on our property that we use as our office and living quarters in the summer business season. The upstairs hallway runs the entire width of the building, so there have been some pretty epic bat chases through the years.

We have a long-handled minnow/butterfly net, a badminton racket (used as a sort of "lid" for the net once the bat is in) and I also have a hockey stick with a tiny little net duct taped to the end that's just big enough for a bat that I use for when they're up on high walls.

High tech tools for catch-and-release bat hunting.

Stavanger, (the vast fjords of) Norway. The island isn't really part of the city, but we have a bridge connecting us to it. When my pa was but a youngun, he had to take a boat to school each day. like, oars and shit.

well fuck me, I'm trying to log on to my UC Santa Cruz application page and I can't remember the password. Normally, that's fine since you can retrieve your password by putting in your user id and application id but it's broken or something and won't accept my application id.

So I just sit here and made a list of 18 variations of my normal passwords (knowing only that it contains 8 characters with 1 capital letter, 1 lower case, and 1 number) and none of then fucking work.

Of course, I only have 30 hours to submit my statement of intent and of course that's all during memorial day weekend so I can't really rely on the ITS desk responding to my email in time.
