Communications classes are easy as fuck, if she can't do the work she's borderline distinguished mentally-challenged...

I did a meh speech on LOTR (the books not the movies) and got an A in COM 101.

They are definitely easy from what I can tell. This is supposed to be an advanced communications class too. 3353 or something. But the questions on the mid term were almost common sense easy. Yeah, borderline distinguished mentally-challenged basically sums up my thoughts on her too. I feel so dirty.

But is it normal for teachers to hold off on grading even though you fucked up? I mean, they didn't even do that shit in high school. It seems wrong to me.

I wasn't really sure what was included in it. But the stuff I've done leads me to believe it's related to marketing and efficient ways/theories of disseminating information to the public

But yeah, sometimes professors in social science classes cut you all the breaks possible if you just show effort. She must party 8 days a week if she has to pay someone to do her work.

While I generally agree with your analogy, I'm unfamiliar with the format, and I'd assume that there is some kind of "This is the last email" or "Thanks for your time" part of the process.

I think what bothers me is the idea of him dying before he becomes a grandpa or father-in-law. Those are just things I thought my parents were going to experience with me and now it's like "maybe not." I mean we're already acting like he has a death sentence in the next couple years, which is probably presumptuous but it's a big tumor and if it has spread already fffffffffff.

Seriously. Two of mine succumbed to cancer too. I found out my mom's biological mom and half-sister died of it too. Sounds like a bunch of us have cancer ridden fams. I hope we all still turn out pretty healthy in our old age. It's hard not to think of that too.

My aunt got diagnosed a year ago, lung cancer. She's doing a lot better now thankfully.

A friend and another friend's mom also got it. The first seems to be in the clear as far as I know, while the other doesn't really like to bring it up when we get together, regarding his mother.

My dad beat colon cancer, and it was pretty advanced. It took a lot, but he did it.

If your dad doesn't want to do chemo, that's understandable, but hopefully he'll choose to try something new, like a macrobiotic diet -- or stopping smoking, at the very least.

It's oral hpv. Which means it's possible that there is no cancer. I hope to god that's the case. Wont know till next week though. I laughed on the phone when my mom told me, I'm such an asshole but it was more relief that the portion they biopsied didn't show cancer.
