Fix your diet.
I shifted my diet away from carbs and more towards legumes. Legumes has healthy fats and proteins, and from a personal feeling standpoint, give you the satisfaction of filling you up. However, if your doo is runny then you need those carbs and fiber back in. Not just via the legumes though. Get some roughage in.
Only trade off is that my last blood test had higher than normal potassium, which may be the legume heavy diet. Also, we all know what beans do so don't start a love life.
You don't need to go legumes, but I found it recommended for mid-life male diets. You can find other ways. Just do a week on a diet that actually gives a fuck and give your system some recovery.
