someone told me on Friday night, something regrettable I did (that I couldn't remember) while off my face on booze and pills a couple of months ago. As a result I've been EXTREMELY depressed for the past 48 hours. Time to give the booze and drugs a rest for awhile I think. Came pretty close to causing myself physical harm yesterday

I think a big part of the melting down was compounded stuff. Being a student I've been partying way too hard, and had an intense affair with a girl in my class. Some pretty mental shit really.
