Some dude accused me of stealing his bag at University today.
Basically, I needed a shit so I went to one of the ground floor toilets. All the cubicles were already taken, except one. But this cubicle had an open messenger bag on the floor, so I assumed it belonged to one of the dudes at the wash basins. At this point, my lecture was about to start so I went up to my lecture floor. As I was walking through the corridor to my class some dude asks me if I had seen a bag that he was missing. His description of it fitted the one I saw earlier in the empty toilet cubicle, so I told about it, said it's probably not his but I'll show him anyway.
So I take him to the toilet, the bag's still there and it seems it's the missing bag that belongs to him. Great! I'm thinking I'm gonna get a pat on the back and a big thank you. However, dude turns around and straight up accuses me of taking it! At this point I am fucking shocked, mouth gaping open. "What?!" So a big argument's about to break out between me and this dude in the toilets with everyone watching when a staff member asks to take us both to security. Fucking gladly, let's go! Basically security straight up says they can't prove anything and dude should be more careful with his things. Trying to be the better man, I ask him if he wants a drink so we can talk about it - so I can try to convince the knucklehead that I didn't take his shit. He declines, but we shake hands and part ways. Dude obviously still thinks I had something to do with his bag going missing, saying I was acting all suspicious in the corridors. So what?! That gives you no right to do what you did! I actually was looking for a toilet on the upper-floors. Shit put me in a bad fucking mood.
tl;dr, don't fucking help students.
