The problem with girls with short hair for me personally is that there aren't all that many ways to dress it. It's true that women usually wear their hair in a way to complement their facial features, but longer hair also allows for a wider range of expression, much like a varied wardrobe. 'just outta the shower sexy wet hair' doesn't work with short hair, can't do tight 'I'm a career woman' braids or fun screwdriver curls, etc...

Of course she's allowed to have short hair, and her reasoning is sound, I was just amused at how she included a jab at all the women who doesn't cut their hair similarly. Reminded me of a small breasted woman getting upset that there are women out there who didn't burn their bras because they actually need the support.
