Playing with Randos online sucks since Gaige came out. That's all there is out there now. So you have 3 Deathraps flying around.

Yeah? Been hearing nothing but negatives about Mechromancer.

I know from the last game that everyone hated the Siren until they realized she was beyond overpowered.

My order would be closer to demi's. I just don't like the Gunzerker because he doesn't get powerful until way late in the trees for me.

Sirens are awesome. I spec'd mine to have Ruin from the Cataclysm tree and Converge from the Motion tree so that multiple enemies are pulled towards my phaselock that simultaneously slags, corrodes, and electrocutes them (plus fire from Helios).

I think I didn't bother with bloodwing because of confusion over his status with the patches.

Of course I intended to beat the game with every class at one point.

And then some co-ops from the start.

And now I have the last part of Claptrap's to beat with a Siren and yet...

gunzerker is awesome if you spec it right, i am basically a bullet and health regenerating machine now when i click gunzerk, i cut through badass loaders like butter

mechromancer's just goofy fun, i laugh every time i hear some bandit scream offscreen and see xp pop up

i don't like assassin because his skill suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks at the beginning of the game

siren isn't that great at the beginning, either, phaselock is fine but when you have a group of bad guys charging you it's hard to focus on just one

commando is great for shifting aggro away, and that's about it - his dialogue kinda sucks

I play support and prefer to snipe from afar, so I like Zero's hide ability, and Siren's Phaselock keeps an enemy in place for me as a pop some heads.

yeah, i am more of a "charge in" kind of player (although i do tend to use sniper rifles quite a bit since i seem to be getting the best weapon drops in that category)

Finally will get a character up to 50 today. Also beat the DLC. It was okay. Not as good or well written as the main game but decent for 10 bucks or whatever it costs with the season pass.

Hit 50 with my commando. Time to farm until the next DLC that raises the level cap.

Probably will also hit 50 with a siren at some point. She's currently at 39.

lulz. I saw someone on my friends list who was a level 72 which I thought was a bit odd. So I asked him how he did it since I know he doesn't have a modded xbox.

Apparently pretty easily.

Gearbox Probably should have had server side gear for online matchmaking although I'm sure they will eventually try to break the mods.

I think that stuff is fine for offline play. Do what you want on your offline profile or on your own xbox. Who cares kinda thing. I don't think it should be that way for online play for lots of reasons. Not to mention I think a lot of people are gonna end up getting banned for this stuff whether that is right or wrong.

Man, this game is getting pretty rough for me at level 31. I'm getting shitty drops (still using weapons from the leveled to the early 20s because I'm not finding anything better), and that chest in sanctuary just keeps giving me doodoo shields.

They should label it that with one of those distinguished mentally-challenged fellow bandit signs

This is grabbing me waaaaay more than the first one did. The opening in 1 was terrible, I thought. Never got past it. Looks fantastic on PC too, though the perspective in 3D Vision is a bit weird - the guns are so huuuuuge it really throws everything off.

So, yeah. Got this on the Steam sale. Kind of wish I'd bought it earlier, because I promptly played it for five hours. It's fucking awesome, although I did run out of ammo on the first bullywog or whatever boss and had to HARDCORE PUNCH IT TO DEATH with my syren. Got a bad ass pistol that sets shit on fire, just made it to Sanctuary. Having a blast so far. Favorite little bit of flavor so far is a sign on an outhouse that read, "poop hut- no fappin"

The pirate DLC was pretty good and Mr. Torgue is probably the best character in BL2 that isn't Handsome Jack.

Golden Keys are useless trinkets in my experience. I started NG+ on level 30 and had no problems, what level are you?

Are you using elemental weapons to it's full advantage? In playthrough one it isnt really that critical, but in NG+ you absolutely need to be an elemental master Often times it is the difference between slicing through enemies like butter and fighting for your life when a midget shotgunner looks at you funny.

So far I've tried every class but Gunzerker and Mechromancer. Think I like Siren the best; phaselocking enemies and then shootin em seems most useful skill.
