While WWE hasn't announced or confirmed anything yet, multiple sources are now reporting that a deal to move to SummerSlam next week to the Amway Center is pretty much a done deal but once it's official, the company will release a statement. F4WOnline reports that at this point, no tickets are going to be sold for the PPV which would mean that those in attendance would strictly be WWE personnel. The fact that there will be no fans also doesn't put the pressure on the company to announce anything right away.


-- PWInsider adds that WWE is looking to move all their tapings - Raw, Smackdown and NXT - from the Performance Center to the Amway Center as it is a much larger facility and gives the company significantly more freedom in terms of staging and production. They also add that for the first time, WWE is considering using "virtual fans" as a possibility for SummerSlam and all future broadcasts, something that their partner FOX has been using for MLB.

I still watch the PPVs every month -getting harder to sit through everything- but don't really watch TV much anymore.  Raw a few weeks ago was the first time I watched a live show in a while.

To answer the question: I'll watch a pay-per-view. I'll also scan Hulu for replays of Raw, etc., to see how Asuka or Io Shirai are doing.

The women's battle royale this week was amusing. There were two wrestlers with green hair. Tamina had to sprint to the ring with the other scrubs, and it's clear she got tired going down the runway. Oh, and I don't know what happened to Bayley, but she learned to do an amusing promotional.

EDIT: Someone tried to kidnap Sonya Deville. It's a pretty horrifying story, but she avoided the creep.

A bit off topic.

I'm watching the first UFC shows, I remember how super dirty, underground it felt when I was a young teenager. All the hype made them  feel like real life street fighter / mortal kombat but wow, it's interesting to watch now in 2020. The production values are very 1993, but   at the total dominance of Gracie. The hosts all sound like they are expecting some crazy Bloodsport movie fights, but each fight has ended super quickly.

This must had been quite a shock to the fighting world back in the days. Nobody was ready for Gracie's fighting style.

Also, the no rules shit is wild. No time limits, no judge, no real rules.. Dudes getting hit in the back of the head, the ref is just watching.. Wow!
