I will say Summerslam felt much closer to "normal" than anything so far. But they could have done the same thing at the PC with green screening the audience and adding in the fake noise that wasn't coming from them anyway. I guess the arena allowed for the full set and lighting rig, which does change the look a lot from what they were getting at the PC.
I would say because of that feel it was better than Takeover. Orton/Drew was way better than THE GREATEST WRESTLING MATCH EVER. Asuka's titties looking like they were gonna pop out in both matches

Weird booking decisions for the main event. Makes the whole past 6 months look like a waste of time. Granted, 'rona and Roman taking a leave changed plans, but having Goldberg not fall for any of Fiend's shit, squash him, with the intention being to have Goldberg drop the title to Roman a month later anyway didn't make sense at the time, and then having Braun as a last second replacement and doing nothing for 6 months just to drop the title back to...The Fiend, for Roman to return to get his title back is like....why didn't they just go with Fiend vs Roman at WM to begin with? Roman looking fucking jacked. His new teeth are distracting, though. I also think there is absolutely no way they can stretch this Bayley/Sasha stuff out to WM. Seemed kind of weird how much Fiend was selling, as that whole gimmick seems to be no selling literally everything. Also lol'd at Braun trying to kill the dude, getting a fucking box cutter out, screaming WHY WON'T YOU DIE and instead of trying to slice or stab him, he cuts the mat up to expose the wood when they had already been dropping each other on concrete and metal for 12 minutes.
Speaking of booking decisions, NXT is doing some weird shit, too. It sure seemed like Dream was being set up to be the one to end Cole's record breaking reign only for his pedo-y stuff derailing that and then they just replaced him with Keith Lee and did the title change on a weekly TV episode with 2 weeks of build to go against an AEW special, then had him drop it a month later to a guy that has only been around 6 months and had one major match, so Keith Lee was a transitional champion between a year long+ heel champ to another dominant heel, and Lee gets called up to Raw immediately after and there are no rising faces in NXT right now so the only challenger is a returning Ciampa, who has already been through this storyline of returning after an absence to reclaim his title, and also got squashed by Kross 6 weeks ago anyway.
Meanwhile, Adam Cole, long term heel champion, got a celebrity match and was the face in it. The only guy with a claim to either title in NXT right now is Balor, who has been in a holding pattern since February for when they can get him to the UK or Walter to the US for that title match.
