The only way this day could get more entertaining is if Trump capstones this off with some sort of meltdown tonight at his rally in Kentucky.

....Though I think Trump knows his power to some extent, so I wouldn't be surprised if he throws out some left-field shit to get the coverage to pivot away from today's repudiation.

His bluff was Obama and British Spies, they backfired horrible. Not that it matters as he will wait until Fox News says some crazy shit trying to defend him.

Sebastian Gorka must resign – and President Trump must make it happen. That Sebastian Gorka cannot even deny he has links with a Nazi-affiliated organization is symptomatic of the grotesque Antisemitism that has infected the Trump White House.  How many ducks in the Trump White House must walk, talk and quack Antisemitically before our country wakes up and sees the greater problem?  This administration has staff with shockingly Antisemitic pasts, and it is hard to imagine they have nothing to do with the horrifically weak reactions to Antisemitic hate crimes that we see coming from this Administration. It does a disservice to the Jewish community to refuse to connect the dots of Antisemitism – including Sebastian Gorka and his background – we see in the White House.

So, a couple of weeks ago there was a story from my area about how a young white woman was kidnapped from in front of her apartment in a relatively small town by three black men, raped, cut up, and then kicked out on the side of road. She fled to a local church. Now, of course, this burned like wildfire through conservative news sites, for obvious reasons.

The latest on the case today?

According to Talbott’s confession, Denison Police said the crime scene – from the initial “kidnapping” scene at the apartment complex to the point of Talbott’s condition when she walked into the church - were staged."

Talbott also admitted the injuries to her body were self-inflicted.

Also, there was a Go Fund Me account sent up to raise money for her. :heh

Breaking...

http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/22/politics/us-officials-info-suggests-trump-associates-may-have-coordinated-with-russians/index.html

Quote
Washington (CNN)The FBI has information that indicates associates of President Donald Trump communicated with suspected Russian operatives to possibly coordinate the release of information damaging to Hillary Clinton's campaign, US officials told CNN.

This is partly what FBI Director James Comey was referring to when he made a bombshell announcement Monday before Congress that the FBI is investigating the Trump campaign's ties to Russia, according to one source.
The FBI is now reviewing that information, which includes human intelligence, travel, business and phone records and accounts of in-person meetings, according to those U.S. officials. The information is raising the suspicions of FBI counterintelligence investigators that the coordination may have taken place, though officials cautioned that the information was not conclusive and that the investigation is ongoing.
In his statement on Monday Comey said the FBI began looking into possible coordination between Trump campaign associates and suspected Russian operatives because the bureau had gathered "a credible allegation of wrongdoing or reasonable basis to believe an American may be acting as an agent of a foreign power."
The White House did not comment and the FBI declined to comment.

Breh they're going into details about the type of evidence being collected including "in-person meetings". Which may mean somebody is taking a plea deal.

But ultimately, they probably have a good source that the investigation bearing some real fruit or else they wouldn't act so excited about it.

Would not mean that they will get the information published right away. The Trump Dossier was a open secret in the press side until CNN and Buzzfed took the bullet.

It also clear Brieitbard has some leaked dirt, but probably only in service of far right or Trump interests. (Thought is sad that they could not even shit enough in Paul Ryan to get Trump out of the Obamacare repeal disaster waiting to happen).

President Trump delivered an ultimatum to House Republicans on Thursday night: Vote to approve the measure to overhaul the nation’s health-care system on the House floor Friday, or reject it and the president will move on to his other legislative priorities.
Either
1) He can pin this on house republicans and they get the public's blame for trump not fulfilling his campaign promise and they, in turn, turn on him.
or
2) He can't pin this on the house republicans and his base calls him out for being an ineffective leader

IDK. Eventually that cancellation notice or that huge increase in premium will arrive in the mail. And so much of Trump's support is illusory. Built on false promises like him being the person that can lower peoples premiums, bring down deductibles and increase coverage. Either this passes and many people are fucked, or it doesn't and he has to push back against the argument of why he didn't do something. Why he hasn't been capable of producing change. Heck, I even see TheDonald and my favorite local Trump bastion here in Louisiana  struggling to rationalize this shit show.

Lies work a lot better when you don't have an established record people can hold you to and can't ignore.

It also epitomizes the global economy’s race to the bottom. Parts suppliers in the American South compete for low-margin orders against suppliers in Mexico and Asia. They promise delivery schedules they can’t possibly meet and face ruinous penalties if they fall short. Employees work ungodly hours, six or seven days a week, for months on end. Pay is low, turnover is high, training is scant, and safety is an afterthought, usually after someone is badly hurt. Many of the same woes that typify work conditions at contract manufacturers across Asia now bedevil parts plants in the South.
