sapiosexual is a word that only exists in women's dating profiles.

"I like intelligent people", who doesn't ? Reads more like flaunting your own ego.
Other words I  :doge at : epicurism, zebra, Myers-Briggs denominations, yoga.

1. always bar instead of dinner for a 1st run duh

2. "sapiosexual" is the new "if you can't love me at my worst you don't deserve me at my best" for low-key sloots to drop in profiles
Make sure to nut inside her so she won’t leave you.
worked for me :success

You said “out on the town”, then suggested dinner. Should have suggested a bar.

Go to the bar first then if it's going well go get some food.
Every time I brought up getting drinks instead of food I would get deafening silence in return.

I’ve had more luck with suggesting dinner dates.

More random dumb musings from a small sample :

- Asian women barely seem to smoke. I weed out most non tobacco smokers (for their sake, not because there's anything wrong with it) and that's already a severe limiting filter of a kind.
- "I love super heroes movies" PASS. Self professed geeks too (except for that super cute one, don't smoke tho), that's how much I hate myself.
- OkCupid matching percentages, not sure how they weight that.
- The Wire gets mentioned way too often. Wes Anderson and Stefan Zweig quite a bit too.
- Add to the pile of clichés "Good girls go to heaven, bad girls go everywhere" & "Partner in crime".

- Add to the pile of clichés "Good girls go to heaven, bad girls go everywhere" & "Partner in crime".
Certain clichés seem to be regional.

In the southeastern US there's:

-"I'm not superstitious, just a little stitious"
-"Just a Pam looking for my Jim." That's an instant left swipe for me.
-"I love Jesus but I cuss (or drink) a little."
-"God is #1" "God, Family, Friends"
-"If anyone asks, we met at church"
-"Southern Belle"
-"Looking for a southern gentleman"
-"Dog mom" "My dog needs a father figure."
-"Not DTF/NO HOOKUPS!!!"
-"Fatter in person/Uglier in person."
-"I love to have fun/laugh" who the fuck doesn't? dumbass.
-"Don't waste my time" but you'll gladly waste mine. Pass.
-"Venmo me $5 dollars and see what happens"
-"Single mom to 3 angels."

Another one that I absolutely hate is "don't message me if you can't hold a conversation."

And then they put little to no effort in their responses when I ask detailed questions.

It's just 2 to 3 word sentences.

"umm yeah."
"I guess so."
"i dunno maybe."

Fucking infuriating.

I've already swiped through all the profiles within a 40 mile radius.

Probably be a good time reboot my account but I'm still waiting on Alecia to confirm that we're still -officially- down for Sunday.  :doge

Sure she said yes but I've gone through this song and dance before. "yes" and then on the day of "oh, I have some family coming into town. I can't make it." or they just ghost.

online dating isn't for you. Try bars or your friends. If you really want to keep trying tinder, change up your pictures, look better, work on your social skills. Ask this thread for advice.

And don't put your eggs in one basket. Love is a happy accident.

Dude, next time if a girl agrees to a date or whatever say ok cool it's a date and then on the day don't even bother messaging them. It's so dumb but it's a game you have to play.

You show too much interest early on and it's an instant turnoff to them

playing the game or being chill, whatever you want to call it. It's the same thing, just different motives behind it. She doesn't know you are playing a game, that's the point. It's mysterious, you're keeping her interested because she doesn't know what your deal is. Girls get creeped out by overly aggressive guys that are too interested in the beginning.

When you truly don't care, and are actually chill, that's the best approach but some guys can't do that so they should fake it the best they can.

it's pretty easy dude. you just have to care but not care too much while signaling in all of your communication that you actually do care just enough to know that she wants you to want to act like you care too much but with enough self-awareness to be chill about how much you care.

That's cold Arta, but that's also just the reality of tinder. Do you have any friends you can go out on the weekends. Not to find women, but just to have fun? Dance and get drunk? Maybe have fun for you and maybe women will happen to come your way. Leaving it to chance sounds stupid and shitty but I feel like you plan too much and put all this perpetration and thought behind something that is so pointless and disposable as tinder. Now you talking about this stuff as a game and other nonsense. I haven't had any luck on my end either, but just going out and having fun, not worrying about women I think has been an improvement.

Until my next rage session.

But I have had more success. I've noticed women noticing me more and that's cool. Now I fumble there, but maybe next year is when I work on my interaction skills.

Just start hitting on women in your daily life. Your online shit should be secondary to you trying to bag girls in real life. It’s a lot easier to read people when you can see their immediate reactions and so it’s a lot easier to learn.  You don’t have to go full creep. Just start conversations with cashiers, waitresses, whoever. Make them laugh, flirt with them and then walk away 90% of the time. If it is going really well actually ask them out. But just get some IRL experience.

I really only have two friends that I hang out with regularly (once a month or once every 2 months). One lives about 35 miles away and the other has an unpredictable work schedule. We don't really drink/go clubbing. One has given up alcohol entirely due to his alcoholism and the other is more of a stoner type.

At least it's something though. I remember during my BJU days and then shortly after graduating from USC Upstate I went through this long period of having nothing but internet friends.
