You can buy them on Bittrex and I think Binance as well (can't check right now).

I'm not expecting most coins to hit Coinbase. Coinbase exists so normies can get started in crypto.

RLC and Burst are kinda long shots but if they both manage to gain traction and deliver on their promises I'm going to be quite well off in a couple of years.

Also, the beauty of altcoins is that you can earn more satoshis. A couple weeks ago my portfolio was barely above 1 BTC worth now it's 1.72 BTC worth of satoshis.
