I don't think it's alleging the bonus was even illegal.  It's just basically a countersuit claiming he's a piece of shit and has done other illegal shit like CP and all that.   Does the suit say he has proof or is it just a bunch of accusations?

My best guess:
- Gearbox is due for a 'bonus' pay-out for their performance from 2K
- Employees probably have some profit sharing scheme. Top level staff gets a bonus based on how much the company profits which is common in the gaming industry
- But Randy wires the 12 million he gets from 2K to himself as a 'personal bonus' instead
- Bonus time is due for everyone else and lo and behold they get a cut out of say $5 million instead of $17 million, because CP Randy has taken care of himself

Which is 'illegal' and damning enough if proven and doesn't make one popular with co-workers and business partners.
So throwing the CP allegations in the mix is just weird and frankly unecessary unless you want to destroy someone.

For those unaware, ABA therapy is a {cruel and unethical, if you ask us, and also completely ineffective) "treatment" for the kinds of "social difficulties" (read: differences from neurotypical people that they're frankly too lazy to learn to work with) autistic people have. In ABA therapy, alexis was essentially forced to spend hours Acting Neurotypical - making eye contact, having "regular" conversations (read: forced, uncomfortable conversations with an extremely high emphasis on alexis never being allowed to talk about herself or anything she cares about), etc. This therapy experience was extremely traumatizing for us. We're still learning the full extent of that trauma.
