For me it's a mix of happiness, sadness that we won't ever get it in book form, and anxiety that I might not like the ending I've been waiting years for.

I have a feeling I'll get similar feelings when Shenmue III is about to drop. Like, I'm excited it's a thing but what if it sucks?

finally caught up with this season

i like that they actually gave dany an ending that made sense given how her story has progressed

giving her the happy ending as a good and beloved queen who ruled in peace for the rest of her life would have been the shitty ending and the people who thought that would happen obviously never watched the seven earlier seasons.

But Greyworm pressed his lips many times. Joking aside, that's exactly how you get a devout faction to lose faith, by killing the person they were devout to. It's just not the same without the OP.

I would be fine with this ending for everyone except for Jon. I feel a Ned parallel with his own beheading would be warranted, but in this case, Jon smiles knowing the world will be a better place for everyone else. A life sentence in the place he wanted to return to instead of being King is like... okay, so... a gift.

Sansa has easily the best ending and character arc.
