I have always struggled with anxiety. I thought I was capable of a month long solo trip to Japan. I've been here 3 days and so far all I've done is throw up and cry. It feels so overwhelming, I can't hold down any food and my energy levels are so low. I have been looking forward to this trip for months, planning and talking about it to all my friends. On top of that, they seem to be sexist, transphobic and actively against a diverse workplace from the pics, hiring and promoting practices we see.
